    I accidentally moved into fitness after a long haul in hospitality industry. Spending long hours in front of the computer gifted me cervical spondylosis and was told by the doctor that I should refrain from lifting anything overhead. I vowed to fix it myself and worked hard, tried various fitness routines, read voraciously till I hit upon CrossFit. It changed my life. Today I love helping others to overcome their limitations and fears. I know when they say what those aches and pains mean and I know how to get by them. My Masters in Dietetics has never come of better use than now. I haven't stopped reading and my thirst for knowledge is not over and thankfully in CrossFit the learning is never ending.
