I have been Crossfitting since October 2012. Prior to that have tried my hand at many big names like Talwalkars, Golds Gym, Snap Fitness but none interested and satiated me like CrossFit. Today there is nothing I think I cannot do. I love breaking records and challenging my own PR's. My favourite is always been to better FRAN, today it sits at 2.32 minutes at Rxd weight and my next goal is to better that and I know I will. I won't stop till I achieve the best from myself and my members. My speciality is to teach complex moves in simple ways to help members understand easily and progress quickly. My mind is always at work to find innovative ways to teach the moves.
