Crossfit group class


After this month of On Ramp programme you move into mainstream group classes.

A typical group class is a one-hour group session, where participants will be led by our expert coaches through multiple phases of fitness and recovery :

  • Mobility drills to improve and restore joint mobility and function;
  • Skill-based warm-up to prepare the body for the workout;
  • The Workout of the Day - which might be any combination of gymnastics, running, jumping, squatting, kettle bells, Olympic weightlifting, and more;
  • Post-workout recovery techniques to prepare you for the rest of your day and for your next workout.

We offer various programmes to choose from :-

Monthly Restricted 12 sessions per month
Monthly Unlimited Unlimited sessions per month
Quarterly Unlimited sessions
Half yearly Unlimited sessions
Annual Unlimited sessions

One on one Individual training session monthly ( 3day on 1 day off or 5 day on 2 day off programme)

One on one Individual training 12 sessions per month
